It was there idea. There are all kinds of people that any given wrestling promotion needs to appease. While the most common option is the audience, there will always be someone higher up who has a bigger opinion. One of those opinions will be on display next week as a weekly show will not be taking place in its normal spot, but it is due to WWE wanting to make someone happy.

WWE has announced that next week’s edition of NXT will be held on Wednesday November 6 rather than in its normal Tuesday spot. The change is due to the United States elections taking place on Tuesday. According to WrestleVotes Radio by way of Wrestlingnews.co, the CW Network made the call for the change rather than WWE, as the CW will be offering its own coverage of the election. The show will be back to normal the following week.

The show has a lot to follow. Check out what happened this week:

Opinion: That makes sense, as there was little reason for NXT to try to compete with one of the biggest events of the year. Just let everything go until the following week and it will be better for everyone involved. At the end of the day, the audience isn’t going to be there and it would be a big waste of everything going on to put on a show when so many people are busy elsewhere.
