He has their attention. There are all kinds o wrestlers on the WWE’s multiple rosters and some of them are the kind of people who are going to get your attention no matter what they are doing. That makes it difficult to make a first impression, but getting one right can be a game changer for a career. We might be seeing just that out of a freshly signed NXT star.

Last week’s NXT featured the surprise debut of Ethan Page, who revealed that he had attacked both Noam Dar and Oro Mensah. This week’s show saw Page interact with General Manager Ava, who agreed to sign him to a contract. According to PWInsider.com, Page’s interactions with Ava were well received backstage in NXT. Page is set to make his NXT in-ring debut on Sunday at Battleground when he challenges Trick Williams for the NXT Title.

There isn’t much to go on. Check out Page’s time in NXT:

Opinion: I can’t say I disagree, as Page has hit the ground running in NXT and could be a nci star around there if he is given the chance. NXT could use some fresh blood and Page has been doing well so far. While I can’t imagine him winning the NXT Title, starting with a title shot is hardly a terrible way to go, so maybe NXT does see something in him. There are certainly worse ideas.

What do you think of Page? Who do you want to see him face in NXT? Let us know in the comments below.
