He’s good. There are all kinds of wrestlers in a locker room and some of them serve different roles. While there are a lot who will be run of the mill stars, there are others who have been around for a long time and serve as more of a mentor to the young, up and coming wrestlers. There is at least one such name in the AEW locker room and he is doing quite well in the role.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Adam Copeland is seen as an AEW locker room leader who goes above and beyond what is expected of his as part of the roster. Copeland is said to be different from wrestlers who have come from WWE to AEW and does not see it as beneath him. Copeland suffered a fractured leg last weekend at Double Or Nothing, forcing him to vacate the TNT Title.

Opinion: Well good for him. There is something rather cool about a legend like Copeland being willing to use his knowledge, experience and status to help those around him. Copeland seems to be having fun in AEW and it is awesome to hear that he is doing something like this to make the place better. You do not see that very often and hopefully more people follow Copeland’s example.
