Two for one. Most of the time, a wrestling pay per view will be centered around one match, which serves as the show’s main event. Occasionally though, a show will be big enough to warrant a double main event, even though only one match can take the final spot on a card. That is what we are going to be seeing this weekend and now we know some more about what will be taking place.

This weekend’s AEW All Out event will feature both Hangman Page vs. Swerve Strickland in a cage match as well as Bryan Danielson defending the AEW World Title against Jack Perry. According to Fightful Select, Strickland vs. Page is expected to headline the show. As for Danielson, he is believed to have some input over who he will be facing, but Perry was an opponent selected by AEW. All Out takes place in Chicago on September 7.
This should be good. Check out how we got to these matches:
Opinion: There isn’t much of a surprise in these matches being the focal point of the show. The World Title is always going to be a focus but Strickland vs. Page is the kind of special feud that you do not get very frequently. The potential is certainly there for both of the matches to be good, but what matters even more is that they feel special. Now just make both of them work.
