Get back in there? Injuries can be devastating to both a wrestler and a wrestling promotion as they leave talent on the shelves for a long time. It can be weeks if not longer for someone to be injured and kept out of action, which can be rather horrible for everyone involved. That being said, it can also lead to some great moments when a wrestler comes back, which is what we might be seeing again soon.

According to Fightful Select, both Adam Cole and Powerhouse Hobbs were backstage at this week’s AEW Dynamite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While it is not known when they will be returning to the ring, they are both expected to do so “soon”. Cole has been out of action for over a year due to an ankle/foot injury while Hobbs has not wrestled since April due to a knee injury.

Opinion: This is the kind of news that is only good for AEW as you never want people to be out of action with any sort of injury. It’s great to have them back soon and hopefully things go as well as possible. Both of them have already been out of action for far too long and it would be a shame for them to miss any more time. For now though, this is at least promising and that is better than nothing.
