Off camera. A lot of things take place at a televised wrestling event and many of them do not appear on the broadcast. While you will see many of them at home, there are all kinds of things that you will only see if you are there in person. Those things can be rather important as well and now one of the biggest promotions around is doing something to enhance those experiences.

In an interview with SVG News, AEW executive vice president Michael Mansury said that due to an upgrade in the company’s production trucks, AEW will begin presenting a “sports-style presentation in-arena”. This style of presentation will begin taking place in 2025 and will involve entertaining fans during commercial breaks. The focus will be on trying to “make that experience for those in the house feel a bit more special.”

Opinion: This might not be the ultimate game changer or something that is going to fix all of AEW’s problems, but it is nice to see them doing something different for a change. Giving the fans something to keep the energy up is not a bad move and maybe it makes fans a little more willing to come back to the shows. Given their attendance issues in recent months, anything could help.
