Chris Jericho would be proud of this list. With no major shows left to go before the 2017 Royal Rumble, the list of entrants is starting to fill in. Coming in to this week’s episode of “Smackdown Live”, there were less than ten spots to go. During “Smackdown Live”, one of those spots would be filled in.
The show featured a ten man battle royal with the winner advancing to the Royal Rumble. Comprised mostly of tag wrestlers, Mojo Rawley won the match, last eliminating Tyler Breeze with a backdrop. The win makes Rawley the twenty second entrant in the match and only the
eighth entrant from “Smackdown Live”.
This is fine and about what you have to expect. Rawley doesn’t have anything else going on at the moment so throw him in the Rumble and let us see where he can go in ten minutes. His entrance will pop the crowd and he can be cannon fodder for one of the monsters. You have to have people like Rawley in there and there’s nothing wrong with it.
