Another look. Wrestling has undergone a change in perception outside of the wrestling world in recent years, with all kinds of different films, books and more being released about the industry. This also includes television series in different forms, which can look at various aspects of wrestling. Now we are set to see another one, with a focus on a rather specific wrestling scene.

According to Fightful Select, FX is working on a new thirty minute sitcom focused on the Los Angeles, California independent wrestling scene. The show is hoping to include actual wrestlers, with independent wrestler Luke Hawx already attached to the show. Hawx previously appeared on “Young Rock” as Steve Austin. There is no word on when or if the series will be debuting on the network.

Opinion: That could be rather cool as I could go for seeing the way the wrestling scene is presented in this way. If nothing else, the more wrestling content of any kind on television, or any format for that matter, is a good thing. Hopefully the show gets some talented people involved, both on the acting and creative side, as it could become quite the great thing to see.
