TNA superstar AJ Styles was reportedly involved in an altercation with a fan at ringside at a recent TNA house show. The live event took play on Saturday, June 8th in Aiken, South Carolina. According to reports from attendees, the altercation began when an obnoxious fan made off-color remarks towards Styles as he was making his entrance to the ring. Styles entered the ring, but quickly ran over to the fan at ringside and began yelling in his face. He challenged the fan to a fight and even put a chair next to the barricade, inviting the fan to step over onto it and come at him.
After this went on for a moment, the fan shoved the chair back at Styles which set the “Phenomenal One” off. Styles shoved the fan, re-entered the ring, but then returned to ringside because he was just too upset. Styles hopped the rail and headed and challenged the fan to leave the arena with him for a fight. After the fan refused, Styles got back in the ring to actually compete in his scheduled match with Bobby Roode.
No disciplinary actions or fines given to Styles have been reported.
