On Wednesday, the long-awaited NXT United Kingdom series will finally debut on the WWE Network. Much of the WWE Universe is excited to see the series and all it has to offer. It will be the company’s fifth brand that appeals to a very specific audience from NXT and the UK. The brand’s success will depend on many factors yet to be determined.

However, the project is the brainchild of Triple H and others here are several elements under their control. For instance, there’s been some speculation about the series having its own PPV like NXT’s Takeover events or being featured more like 205 Live has been.

Recently, Triple H did an interview with The Express to promote the series. He revealed that specific events for the UK brand are being considered but the time isn’t right yet. It isn’t out of the question for a huge event to be hosted in the United Kingdom with WWE officials so focused on holding some major shows in Australia or Saudi Arabia as of late.

Initially, NXT didn’t have Takeover events and 205 Live still doesn’t have its own PPVs. A lot of fans would argue that’s one of the reasons for the latter’s struggles. However, The Game is clearly letting the UK series grow organically with the WWE Universe. His trial and error with NXT has given HHH insight into growing a brand. He knows what’s best.

Much like NXT before it, the WWE Universe holds the power over the growth of the UK brand. If the series finds an audience, then a major event in the United Kingdom is only a matter of time. For now, the only thing to do is support the brand as much as possible.
