WWE Planning John Cena vs. Roman Reigns For Summerslam

The WWE roster is going to look a lot different in four months at Summerslam than it does today. Look back and remember what it looked like back in early January before the emergence of AJ Styles and several other stars that have debuted, emerged, or returned to the main roster.

With Summerslam only a few months away, WWE should have some foresight in what that card will look like and the latest rumors have come to light about what the powers that be are planning as of now.

According to a report from DailyWrestlingNews.com, WWE officials are still looking at Brock Lesnar vs. The Wyatt Family. Two of the possibilities are Braun Strowman or Bray Wyatt. It’s possible we could see both at some point this summer.

The recent emergence and rapid rise of AJ Styles in WWE are said to be radically changing what has been planned for the top of the card for most of 2016. It’s being said that he will be a top player from “Payback” and beyond.

As of this writing, there have discussions about John Cena challenging Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

The recent rumors are claiming that many within WWE feel that Reigns will be a heel by then, and John Cena is due for another WWE title run.
