WWE Planning For Maryse to Break Away From The Miz?

Maryse was a successful WWE Diva in her own right during her run with WWE a few years ago. At one point in time, she was the longest reigning WWE Divas Champion until both AJ Lee, and Nikki Bella held the title for a longer period of time.

That’s good company to keep, so Maryse was welcomed back easily by WWE earlier this year to become The Miz’s valet, who is also her husband in real life, and become a new cast member of “Total Divas” for the E! Network.

She’s done an outstanding job on The Miz’s arm throughout his Intercontinental title run that just ended. However, there is a rumor going around that her partnership with Miz could be coming to an end on WWE television after he lost the IC Championship.

According to a report from RingSideNews, WWE took to social media to test the waters to see if Maryse would be better off splitting away from Miz on WWE programming. It’s unlikely considering “Total Divas” is about to premiere, but it’s possible.

That could open the door for a face turn for The Miz depending on what WWE wants to do with him after the feud with Dolph Ziggler concludes.
