Update on Nikki Bella’s Return to WWE

Nikki Bella just came off the best run of her career and the best run as WWE Divas Champion that any other woman has every had. Because of her work this year, PWI ranked her wrestling’s top Diva.

Because of that work, though, she’s been dealing with some nagging injuries that have taken her out of the game temporarily. Nikki Bella is currently nursing a series of neck and hip related issues that she is taking the time to heal.

A lot of people have questioned that because of her surprising lack of title defenses and matches during her title reign that the injuries aren’t significant. John Cena’s absence from WWE television being at the same time is also a strange coincidence.

Recently, there have been some rumors of Nikki Bella rejoining WWE overseas for WWE’s current tour of Europe. The reason speculation has gotten around about that is the following pictures Nikki posted on Instagram:

While it’s entirely possible that the former WWE Divas Champion could make appearances at live WWE events in Europe. Nikki Bella appears to be taking personal time for her family and is enjoying her time off from the ring.

Taking the time to heal nagging injuries is just as much about healing mentally in this business. It’s one of the things that prevents burnout and adds years to careers. Nikki Bella will most likely be back by early 2016 on the Road to Wrestlemania.
