Taryn Terrell Officially Done With TNA

Over the summer, Taryn Terrell was the TNA Knockouts Champion for over two-hundred and seventy days. On her two hundred and seventy-ninth day, she lost the championship to Brooke on the July 15 episode of Impact Wrestling.

During that match, Gail Kim caused the title change due to her interference. Brooke would be the Knockouts Champion for roughly a month before Kim won it for herself and is still the champion today.

Unfortunately, Terrell went on the shelf immediately following her title loss. She claimed to suffer a significant hand injury courtesy of Gail Kim, but she would appear during segments and orchestrating attacks on various Knockouts.

Terrell’s status has been speculated and rumored for quite a few months now, but today Terrell posted the following update:

There you have it right from the horse’s mouth. As of this writing, Taryn Terrell is officially done with TNA just a day before new content debuts on the Pop TV network.

She claims it is just a “personal” decision. Back in November, she claimed that her wrestling career had led her to a life of sin, but was going to live as an “infant Christian”. She announced that she got married over the last few months, so it’s more likely she’s settling down and is choosing a family over a wrestling career.

That’s respectable. Hopefully, she finds happiness in whatever it is she is searching for outside the wrestling industry.
