The current NXT Champion Samoa Joe is not headed to the main roster. There has some speculation about Joe moving to Raw or SmackDown during the WWE Draft, but there was some for most NXT stars.

It’s apparent that Samoa Joe vs. Shinsuke Nakamura is happening sooner rather than later. The expectation is their match will take place at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn II in August. That show can’t get here fast enough.

Joe & Nakamura is a classic case of the unstoppable force meeting another unstoppable force. Normally, there is an immovable object in there somewhere, but neither man is going to stop, which will make their match an epic explosion whenever it happens. The only question is who will survive?

The only thing that would stop it is an unfortunate injury, which Samoa Joe has been rumored to be suffering from recently, according to a report from CageSideSeats.com.

However, Samoa Joe has not been injured and that was just a rumor that got way out of hand. Joe took the time to debunk the rumor on Twitter the other day. He posted the following about the speculation of his elbow:
