The last we hear about the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, he had undergone successful surgery to repair his torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus.

The Architect knows how to build something from the ground floor up, and he’s released the following photo on Instagram showing the first blocks of his rehab:

Recovery essentials. Huge thank you to @thedavecastro@assaultairbike and @jasonkhalipa (for the Go Mat). Push yourself and never settle. #rebuild

There was recently a report that gave critical backstage news on Seth Rollins’ position in the company before his injury forced him to vacate the WWE Championship.

It goes without question that Rollins is one of the most talented WWE wrestlers in the company. The previous report detailed that WWE doesn’t value Seth, in the same way, they would value a Rock, Stone Cold, or even a John Cena.

WWE holds great value in Rollins since he was the top heel in WWE when he got hurt, so it’s going to be a very different angle to see Rollins return next spring as a face. Many always assumed in The Shield that Seth would be a natural heel in WWE. It’s going to be very interesting to speculate on as his rehab moves forward.
