The last time we saw Ric Flair, Charlotte banished him from her side in favor of Dana Brooke. So far, that decision has been a pretty good investment for the current WWE Women’s Champion.

The idea of the angle was to provide Dana Brooke some heel heat while Charlotte gained a lot of heat from the move. However, it was only a matter of time before The Nature Boy came back into the fold.

According to a report from RingTalkk.com, the current path of the Women’s division on WWE programming is that Charlotte will be facing Sasha Banks at “Summerslam.”

The expectation is that Flair will be involved in that match somehow. In fact, he could even become The Boss’ manager heading into that match.

The report also claims that the rumored feud between Brooke and Charlotte will take place shortly after the biggest event of the summer, and it’s unclear if Flair will continue to be a part of Banks’ character in WWE.

There are a lot of opportunities for Flair to become involved in WWE programming. Obviously, his daughter is going to be around WWE for ages yet, but John Cena could soon be challenging for his sixteenth title reign, and Flair could be involved in that storyline as a face or a heel.
