A report from RingSideNews.com is claiming that The Viper will be returning to WWE even sooner than we expected based on the last few rumors.

It’s now being reported that Randy Orton will be back in WWE before August 13th, but he will be wrestling during a live event in Hidalgo, Texas on the same day. It’s being advertised as “The Return of Randy Orton.”
