Rumor: Paige Trying to Leave WWE Very Soon, Lawyers Are Exploring Her Options

Paige was the first NXT Women’s Champion in history. The night after Wrestlemania 30, she defeated AJ Lee and ended her historic two hundred and ninty-five day title run to become the Divas Champion.

Since then, she’s won the Divas Championship again, been featured as a strong face and heel in big matches, and has accomplished all of this by the young age of twenty-four.

WWE officials and the WE Universe were expecting her to be with the company for the long-term, but it seems like this situation with Alberto Del Rio may cause Paige to leave WWE as well.

According to a rumor from CageSideSeats.com, there is even more speculation about her potential departure from the company. Apparently, she has hired lawyers to “explore” her options.

In a nutshell, that means Paige is attempting to find a way out of her WWE contract, which shouldn’t be a surprise based on the rumors about her backstage, which includes WWE officials threatening her job.

As of this writing, all of this is just speculation and Paige continues to serve her suspension. However, it’s beginning to get very curious that the rumors about her departure are getting even deeper.
