The momentum boost from Enzo Amore’s return to WWE is going to be substantial. Honestly, it could be a career maker for Enzo and boost him along with Big Cass into the most popular team on the main roster.

We don’t know if he has been medically cleared or how his recovery has been going since there have been few updates on that, but it hasn’t stopped the rumors from circulating that Enzo could be returning tonight.

According to DailyWrestlingNews.com, a promo or an appearance by Enzo is not out of the question during tonight’s “Extreme Rules” PPV.

The rumor is claiming that he was brought to Newark, New Jersey earlier today and will be backstage during tonight’s PPV.

It’s also being rumored that he is scheduled to go back on the road today and will be at Monday Night Raw and SmackDown this week, which makes tonight the perfect opportunity to bring him back even in a manager role.

Before his concussion, the plans were for Enzo and Cass to feud with The Dudley Boyz after “Payback” and the veterans have been competing in singles matches with the latter for a few weeks now. It’s possible we’ll see the start of their feud tonight if Enzo returns.

Do you think Enzo and Big Cass are ready to be WWE World Tag Team Champions?
