Opinion: What’s Next For Braun Strowman?

Braun Strowman is a monster. We knew that before the WWE Draft and brand extension disbanded The Wyatt Family and found Strowman on his own on Raw.

Thus far, he’s been featured in weekly squash matches with enhancement talents that don’t offer much other than telling the WWE Universe what they already know. Braun Strowman could kill people very easily.

Enhancement matches are cool, but there is a point where you kind of get the point. This guy can destroy normal people. WWE officials are trying to establish a character, but all of that was already done by the Wyatts.

If Bray Wyatt had cut him loose and let him wreck havoc wherever he wanted, he’d be massively over and the most dangerous heels on the roster. He is still the ladder, but he hasn’t defeated anyone since moving to Raw.

When he was with The Wyatt Family, Chris Jericho, Dean Ambrose, and Roman Reigns all put him over. How are squash matches against unknown opponents going to do that three top guys haven’t done already?

Enhancement talents are a good idea for a wrestler we don’t know. Not only that, but Strowman has improved a lot over the past year. He deserves to get over by beating someone of real value to the WWE product.
