Opinion: Cesaro Should Feud With Chris Jericho

Yesterday, I had an idea for Apollo Crews to feud with Chris Jericho. Just to rehash, Crews is young. Jericho is a veteran coming off a win at Wrestlemania, and the stamp of approval for Jericho to put over Apollo would be a great feud to help build a new star.

However, it seems that won’t be happening in the immediate future. Crews will most likely be feuding with The Social Outcasts over the next few weeks. So, it seems that idea is kaput. But that’s okay. I have another.

On the last Monday Night Raw, Cesaro returned to WWE. It’s great to have him back because he is always going to be one of the best wrestlers on the roster if not the best.

That’s debatable. Regardless, the point is that Cesaro has the potential to be a very strong face with WWE and could rebuild his momentum in a feud with a great heel.

Like I said with the Crews situation, Jericho is available. Only this time, Jericho would work with another great wrestlers to have some great matches and put him over. With a little bit of work, Cesaro could be pushed into the main event scene in a few months if his feud with Jericho gets him some important wins.

Simply put, Cesaro vs. Jericho is a great feud in the ring and it’ll help get Cesaro over to create some better opportunities for him in the future.
