Nikki Bella’s Neck Surgery Today Was Very Successful

It was revealed earlier this week that former WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella would be undergoing neck surgery today to repair the badly herniated disk in her neck that is putting significant pressure on her spinal cord.

Brie Bella posted the following update on Nikki Bella’s surgery today and has revealed that Nikki’s surgery was very successful via Twitter:

Although her surgery was successful, Nikki Bella is in no way out of the woods because this injury is spinal at its core and there is still a strong possibility that it will end her career once the doctors have a little bit more information after she recovers from the surgery and begins rehab. At the very least, it’s been reported that Nikki will be out of any ring for six months.

The longest reigning WWE Divas Champion in history is now onto rehab and still has to play the waiting game to see if her WWE career is over.

If it is over, she went out on top of her game as one of the best heels in the company. It’s curious what will happen to Brie Bella over the next six months.

The last time Nikki was out with an injury, Brie gained some momentum and went on to face Stephanie McMahon at Summerslam 2014. If Nikki calls it a career, it’ll be curious to see what Brie does in WWE because she has been very vocal about wanting to start a family.
