Nikki Bella Could Return to WWE Before Summerslam

Earlier today, WWE and the E! Network announced that The Bella Twins will have their own spinoff of “Total Divas” called “Total Bellas.” Just because Brie recently retired and Nikki is recovering from major neck surgery doesn’t mean there still isn’t money in the Bella brand, especially with the E! Network.

Nikki was last seen at Wrestlemania during the kickoff show that saw Brie Bella’s last match on the grandest stage of them all. The timeline for her return to the ring was expected to be in late 2016, but it’s now being reported that it could be earlier than expected.

During a recent interview with E! Online, Nikki Bella revealed that it may even be possible for her to return this summer and she’d be available for Summerslam.

“So as of now I’m hoping to make my comeback in the summer. In June or July is when I’ll get my final CAT Scan on my neck and as long as my bone is fused in my neck that means that I could probably come back and wrestle and I cannot wait. So fingers crossed for me, June or July.”
