A few days ago, it was reported that Team B.A.D member Tamina Snuka went down with an injury and got surgery earlier this week for torn ligaments.

Under normal circumstances, that would have the other member of Team B.A.D Naomi stuck in the Women’s division, but she’s been noticeably off WWE programming for a little while now.

Apparently, there is a good reason for her absence. According to a report from DailyWrestlingNews.com, Naomi is suffering from an injury and is out of action for the time being.

She is suffering from a torn tendon in her ankle that is going to keep her out of the ring for awhile, but the expectation is that she’ll be back soon.

She posted the following on Twitter letting people know about her absence from television and her injury:

It’s really unfortunate timing for her because Snuka’s injury was unfortunate, but that could have been an opening for Naomi to expand her role in the Women’s division and begin to build real momentum.

There are many people who consider Naomi to be very underrated in the division, and she’s been held down without a WWE Divas or Women’s Championship run.

Do you think Naomi deserves a WWE Women’s Championship reign?
