Latest Update On Nikki Bella’s Recovery

The last time we heard about Nikki Bella’s recovery, it was revealed that she is no longer required to wear neck braces. Her recovery is going well, and it seems that she could be expected back as early as Summerslam.

Yesterday, both Nikki and Brie Bella were interviewed by Maria Menounos for E! during NBC Upfronts. The pair were asked about “Total Divas,” their spin-off “Total Bellas”, and Nikki was asked to give the latest injury update on her neck.

“Really good! So, I’m over three months out. My bone looks like it’s fusing, which is crazy. But I’m hoping that in July when I get my CAT scan, everything will look good and I’ll make my way back to the ring!

So, that’s what I’m hoping for. Look out Summerslam and Charlotte, here I come.”

It’s been reported over the last few months during her recovery that she could return at “Summerslam,” but it’s very unlikely that she’ll be able to wrestle on a full-time basis again.
