Tomorrow night, NXT will be in Winter Haven, Florida for an NXT live event at the Winter Haven Armory. As it turns out, it’s going to be a very good night for an NXT superstar that we haven’t seen for quite awhile.

After some social media activity, it looks like Hideo Itami will finally be returning to NXT tomorrow night during NXT’s live event.

Over the past year, Hideo Itami has undergone shoulder surgery that was projected to keep him out until late last year but has kept him on the shelf until now.

The rumor for Hideo’s return was due to some social media activity, but his return to the ring could be a huge boost NXT needs as a lot of talents are also rumored to be leaving NXT for Raw or SmackDown.

The following was posted by Itami earlier yesterday to hype up tomorrow’s event and his potential return to NXT:

Itami’s return to NXT will provide another face for the brand and we could see Hideo target Samoa Joe and the NXT Championship immediately after returning if NXT officials think that is a good idea.

Do you want to see Hideo Itami challenge Samoa Joe for the NXT Championship?
