The Undertaker match at Wrestlemania every year is arguably as important to the card as a WWE world title match, which says a lot about the influence he still has in WWE.

For another WWE Superstar, it’s either a big Wrestlemania moment or a career making match that gives them the boost that makes them an immediate main event player.

There are still so many possibilities for The Undertaker’s opponent for Wrestlemania 33 next year. WWE fans still want to see Sting, John Cena, or someone like Finn Balor. The talk within WWE is that another WWE Superstar is being discussed for the match.

According to a report from F4Wonline.com, WWE is leaning towards Kevin Owens vs. Undertaker for Wrestlemania. The idea is that Owens would lose the WWE Universal Championship before then, and be thrown into the mix with The Deadman.

Obviously, that’s going to change the card most people had in their heads because they had Cena vs. Undertaker written on it. However, Owens vs. Undertaker leaves open a lot of possibilities and that could be a very interesting matchup for both men.
