John Cena out SummerSlam

It’s been rumored and reported on and 95% confirmed that John Cena will be taking time off after the “Hell in a Cell” PPV next weekend. The only thing left is for the actual angle to take place either on this Monday’s Raw, or at “Hell in a Cell”. Either way, the question of how John Cena is going to be written off WWE television is on the minds of many fans.

With John Cena taking legitimate time off from WWE to rest, heal and do a fitness series, it’s odd that an actual angle will take place because it’s usually an injury that takes Cena away from wrestling. It’s for personal reasons this time, so Cena’s exit from the WWE scene will be interesting since his return is likely to put him on the Road to Wrestlemania. What will Cena be doing by then? Will he still be United States Champion?
