What Was The Reason For The Miz’s Surprising Win Over Dolph Ziggler Last Night on Raw?

Last night during Monday Night Raw, The Miz got a surprising win over Dolph Ziggler. There has been some speculation as to why WWE decided to give Miz the win.

Apparently, the reason for Miz’s victory over Ziggler last night was to give him some a much-needed win to try to reignite the feud between both men to set up a multi-man match at Wrestlemania in a few weeks.

According to the Wrestling Observer, The Miz is to be involved in a key match for the event and last night was a way to give him some credibility after losing some matches to AJ Styles and Chris Jericho in the middle of their feud.

WWE felt that the win over Ziggler would be a good move considering Dolph just won a few matches over the current Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens.

There is some speculation that the recent matches between Owens and Big Show will be combined with Miz and Ziggler to have a multi-man match for the IC title at Wrestlemania.

However, it’s possible that WWE has something else planned, but it’s clear that it will involve The Miz. WWE may also want to consider The Miz vs. Kalisto for the United States Championship?
