Triple H has been working directly with Vince McMahon in the corporate office for many years now. He’s been influential in making the WWE product better because of the creation of NXT and the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.

According to Wrestlezone.com, George Diaz of The Orlando Sentinel recently did a profile on the WWE Performance Center. The piece gets quotes from Bayley, Head Trainer Matt Bloom, and Triple H about WWE’s developmental system and how it affects the company:

You can get more information on the interview right here. Below are the highlights:

Why did Triple H ask Vince McMahon to get more involved in WWE?

“I think the biggest gap we have is that we’re doing all these amazing things to grow our business and our company, except: How are we finding these guys for the future? We’re a victim of our own success. Territories don’t exist; the outside places to do this are less and less. How do you want to do that?”

Triple H has a great point. Austin Aries debuted in NXT yesterday. AJ Styles and others are set to do the same as early as this week. It seems that one day we’ll be having several different camps or WWE Performance Centers all over the globe.
