John Cena’s injury has caused quite the stir in WWE. It’s depleted an already struggling roster full of injuries. Now, John Cena’s injury has caused Vince McMahon to make major changes to the company’s Wrestlemania plans. Cena can’t wrestle at Mania 31, but that doesn’t mean he won’t appear.

The fifteen-time WWE World Champion elected to have his shoulder surgery as soon as he possibly could. WWE.com posted graphic photos of his surgery and posted the following on Twitter showing Cena after the surgery:

After successful surgery, Cena is already doing his rehab. Wrestlemania 32 is in roughly three months. No matter what happens to Cena in Hollywood over the next few months, he could appear at Wrestlemania in a non-wrestling role. There is a lot of speculation within WWE that McMahon and company would rather have Cena in that role

There is a lot of speculation within WWE that McMahon and company would rather have Cena in that role than not have him appear at Wrestlemania at all. As of now, there aren’t any specifics about what kind of role WWE would like to put Cena in Dallas, but it’s crazy to think that Cena wouldn’t be involved in some way.
