One of the more interesting dynamics of Charlotte’s WWE Divas Championship title reign has been the silent comeback of Ric Flair as her manager.

First and foremost, a male manager for a WWE Diva is a rare treat. The fact that it is Ric Flair adds a lot of depth, history, and gives a lot of heat to Charlotte’s heel run. She’s a Flair and WWE has chosen to embrace it, and it’s given Charlotte’s character a “win by any means” attitude that makes her look strong.

She’s currently in a feud with Becky Lynch for the WWE Divas Championship, and The Nature Boy has been a key part of their feud using heel tactics and helping Charlotte win matches.

According to Wrestling-Edge.com, Mick Foley had a comedy show on Thursday night in Greenville, South Carolina, and claimed that he is hopeful for a new role on WWE television.

PWTorch is reporting that Foley is throwing out the idea of managing Becky Lynch during her feud with the Flairs. Foley and Flair have a strange history, but including Foley would even the odds on the outside of the ring and allow Charlotte and Lynch to tell some good stories inside the ring.
