Rumor Killer: Sasha Banks Gives Update on Her “Injury”

Yesterday, the rumor mill picked up that Sasha Banks was recovering from “an undisclosed injury”. The news on Natalya was accurate, but Sasha Banks has personally thwarted the rumor dead in its tracks.

Many sources reported that The Boss was sidelined with an injury after her match against Becky Lynch on Raw in Brooklyn a few weeks ago. While it’s most likely that she is banged up. Frankly, what full-time wrestler isn’t.

Regardless, Banks posted the following from her Tumblr account and said, “Not these reports again.” and then “You’re expected to wrestle every single show, if not you’re injured.”:

However, it’s also being reported that the reason the rumor began is because former WWE Divas Champion Paige is very banged up and taking some time off from the ring. Paige has been noticeably absent from the ring, and that’s because of an “undisclosed injury”.

Paige is working out at the WWE Performance Center. It looks like she’s just taking a little time to rest and heal for Wrestlemania season. She could even be back as soon as the “Royal Rumble”. Charlotte is in a feud with Becky Lynch right now and injecting Paige into the mix would make their feud an interesting triple threat.
