That’s for the best. There are all kinds of wrestlers in the world today and sometimes things are not going to go as well for them as others. You never know when you are going to see someone’s last match and that can be all the more shocking when it comes out of nowhere. Unfortunately that seems to be the case with one of the brighter young stars in wrestling, who might not be around any longer.
Back in October, Impact Wrestling presented Bound For Glory, its biggest show of the year. The card was absolutely stacked with every title in the company on the line, including the Knockouts Title. Kylie Rae had become the new #1 contender back in the summer and was finally getting her title shot. Rae didn’t show up at the event though, and it was clear something was up. Now we know a bit more.
In a new post on her Patreon, Rae has announced that she is no longer a wrestler and it taking a break from social media. Rae gave no reason for her abrupt retirement but said that she is going to try to fulfill all of her Patreon obligations in the future. She also apologized for not making the announcement sooner, which caused fans to be charged for one more month on her account.
It was nice while it lasted. Check out what Rae did in Impact Wrestling:

Opinion: I’m not sure what is wrong with Rae, but if being in the ring is causing her mental health issues, or any kind of serious issues for that matter, she is doing the right thing by stepping away. There are things that are more important than wrestling and it is a good thing to see Rae stepping away if it makes her life better. I hope everything goes well for her, because there are a lot of bad things that can go wrong for someone in her position.
