They did it again. Titles are some of the most important items in all of wrestling as they identify the top stars in any promotion. Fans can understand the idea of the top wrestlers holding big shiny belts and the longer they hold them, the more impressive they are. Someone holding a title longer than anyone else is quite an accomplishment and now two stars have done just that.

According to the WWE Stats Twitter account, the Usos have become the first WWE stars to hold any tag team title for 1000 combined days as they have passed the milestone with the SmackDown Tag Team Titles. The Usos have held the titles over five reigns with their current reign lasting a record 622 days. The team closest to them is the New Day with under 400 days combined.
Today, The @WWEUsos become the first Superstars in history to hold the same tag team championship for 1,000 total days.
They are 5-time @WWE #SmackDown Tag Team Champions, and if you combine all of their time with that title (2017 – present), they reach the 1000-day mark today.

These guys are good. Check out the Usos’ time as champions:
Opinion: The Usos continue to rewrite the record books and it’s almost scary to see how long they have held those titles. No team in history is anywhere close to what they have been doing and it is amazing to see just how far they can go. There isn’t much left for them to do though and that might mean it is time for someone to finally take the titles off of them. Perhaps at WrestleMania.
