That could have been a lot worse. There are all kinds of injuries in the wrestling world and some of them are a lot worse than others. You never know what kind of action can put someone on the shelf for a very long time and the waiting is one of the worst things about the entire situation. That was the case with a top AEW star but now we have some good news about his health.

AEW’s Bryan Danielson was injured during the Anarchy in the Arena match at Double Or Nothing, reportedly suffering a concussion. This is the latest in a long series of concussions for Danielson, who missed years of his career as a result of the injuries. However, this week at Ring Of Honor’s Death Before Dishonor, Danielson’s return to the ring was announced for the July 27 edition of Dynamite, where he will face Daniel Garcia. This will be Danielson’s first match May 29.

Opinion: That is quite the relief as you never want to see someone on the shelf, but it can be even worse when they have a history of injuries like Danielson. The good thing is that he seems to be back to health and ready to go. Danielson probably does not have much time left in his career, but at least he is getting to wrestle again sooner rather than later and that is a good thing.

What do you think of Danielson? Who do you want to see him face next? Let us know in the comments below.
