WWE's Chelsea Green Refers To TNA's Tessa Blanchard As A "Racist Bully"

I’d call that a shot. There are certain stars in wrestling who may be very talented but there are other things which hold their careers back for one reason or another. These issues are often problems which take place backstage or behind the scenes but often come out in rather negative ways. That was the situation again with a talented star and now someone in WWE is calling them out over it.

Last month at TNA Final Resolution, Tessa Blanchard made a surprise return to the promotion, marking her first appearance for a major American company in several years. Blanchard had been absent following a string of allegations accusing her of bullying and making racist comments to other wrestlers.

A fan mentioned this to WWE Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green on Twitter, suggesting that Blanchard was a victim of “pettiness and jealously”. Green responded in a since deleted tweet according to Wrestlingnews.co, referring to Blanchard as “a racist bully.” Blanchard has not responded to the comments and has never publicly apologized to any accusations.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that you do not see very often and it is pretty clear that Green is not happy with what Blanchard is accused of doing. I’m not sure I can imagine the two of them working together in the future as that is quite the statement to make. Unless Blanchard does something new and apologizes in some way, she very well may have a rather hard ceiling over her career.
