I’d say he’s worth it. The Coronavirus has changed the wrestling world over the course of the year and that is going to be the case for a good while to come. There are only so many things that can be done to make things that much better, but one of the best things is to be trying to look on the bright side. One of those things is looking back at the past and WWE is working on that.
One of the major changes that was made this year was the lack of a Hall Of Fame ceremony. WWE traditionally holds an induction ceremony every year over WrestleMania weekend but the Coronavirus made that impossible this year. The Class of 2020 will be inducted at some point in the future, but WWE is working on something for one of the inductees in the meantime.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE was filming Davey Boy Smith Jr. during the Bloodsport event earlier this month. The footage is scheduled to be used for a documentary on Smith’s father, who will be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame as part of the Class of 2020. There is no word on when the documentary will air or who will induct Smith.
The Bulldog was part of some great matches. Check out what he did in WWE:
Opinion: This is something I could certainly go for as WWE knows how to do these documentaries very well. They can make for some rather entertaining offerings as WWE has so much footage available. No other promotion can match their library and it is great to see what WWE can do with it. The Bulldog deserves such attention and the WWE is a good choice to give that to him.
