Welcome back. There are a lot of wrestlers under the WWE umbrella, to the point where you might even forget that some of them are still around. This can be the case when someone misses a long stretch of time due to injury, which makes their returns that much more interesting. That was the case again this week on Monday Night Raw with a surprise face coming back.

The Women’s Revolution reached its fifth anniversary earlier this year. The original Revolution changed the way women’s wrestling worked in WWE but it had to come from something. While it was not the strongest time in the company’s history, there were some women in wrestling who served as trailblazers. One of them made her return to television this week.

It was quite the return. Check out who was back on Monday Night Raw:

Mickie James made her return to this week’s Monday Night Raw. During her appearance, she mentioned that she had her eyes on getting some gold before being interrupted by Lana and Natalya. Lana bragged about Natalya’s in-ring abilities, referring to her as the Best Of All Time, or the BOAT. James responded by saying boats sink. This was James’ first appearance since she tore her ACL at a live event on June 1, 2019. There is no word on when James will get back in the ring.

Opinion: James is the kind of person who can offer a lot of help to the women’s divisions in a hurry. She is a genuine legend and putting her straight into a title match is not going to be a stretch. Both the Monday Night Raw and SmackDown women’s divisions have been in need of some fresh blood and hopefully that is what James can provide here. It should work out just fine for everyone, as James can have a good match with anyone.

What are you expecting from James? Will she ever win another Women’s Title? Let us know in the comments below.
