That’s a positive attitude. Last week, Daniel Bryan lost to Roman Reigns in a Universal Title match on SmackDown. As a result, Bryan was forced to leave SmackDown, though it turned out that he his WWE deal had expired, meaning that he was a free agent. That could make things all the more interesting as Bryan could go anywhere, but WWE seems to have some expectations.

According to Wrestlingnews.co, WWE has no hard feelings towards Bryan for not re-signing with the company as of yet and Vince McMahon himself feels that Bryan will be back. It is believed that Bryan just needs to recharge his batteries rather than go somewhere else, though there is currently no word on when Bryan will be back, assuming that he does not sign elsewhere.

Bryan has been part of the WWE since 2010, though he was out of action for three years due to a series of medical issues. During his time with the company, he has won multiple World Titles, including the WWE Title in the main event of WrestleMania 30, along with several other championships. Bryan has made it clear that he is nearing the end of his full time in-ring career, though he has not said when he plans to retire.

Bryan can still hang in the ring. Check out some of his most recent work:

Daniel Bryan vs. Jey Uso - Street Fight: SmackDown, April 2, 2021

Daniel Bryan & Cesaro vs. Jey Uso & Seth Rollins: SmackDown, April 23, 2021

Daniel Bryan vs. Jey Uso - Steel Cage Match: SmackDown, March 5, 2021

Opinion: This is fairly encouraging for WWE fans though I’m not sure how surprising it is. Bryan has been in WWE for a very long time now and while there is a chance that he might head elsewhere, it would make sense for him to want to stick around WWE. Maybe he has a lighter schedule or something like that, but it would be nice to have a setup where the most people can see him.

Where will Bryan go? Where do you want him to go? Let us know in the comments below.
