They have to do it sometime. The Coronavirus pandemic has changed the way the WWE has worked for most of this year and that is going to be the case for a long time now. There have been all kinds of changes throughout the company and arguably the biggest change has been the lack of fans. That is the kind of thing that needs to change at some point in the near future and WWE might have an idea.

We are coming up on the end of the year and that means it is almost time to start setting up the big stories in January. That is the kind of thing that can change the way things work in WWE and now it is time to start changing the ways WWE run everything. In addition to everything else on screen though, there might be something else changing about the overall atmosphere.

According to the WrestleVotes Twitter account, WWE is planning on a special location for the Royal Rumble. The plan is to have the show with fans in place, even if it is just for one single show. The event will not take place in the same location as the next regular television location, which will replace the Thunder Dome. WWE is currently expected to leave the Thunder Dome around the end of November and move into a new building until February.

There is something about having fans in attendance. Check out what they might be seeing in the Royal Rumble:

Opinion: This is something that they almost have to do. The new year can be a bit of a relaunch for WWE and even if they do not have fans in place going forward, having them there for the Royal Rumble is a good idea. It is one of the most important matches and shows of the year so having everyone there is almost necessary. If nothing else, just the crowd noises alone need to be there to make the match work.

Will WWE have fans in attendance for the show? Who wins the Royal Rumble matches? Let us know in the comments below.
