Not so soon? There are certain stars in the wrestling world who get your attention the second you see them. They have some sort of star power that makes you pay attention to them, which can make for quite the initial impressions. It can mean a lot when a wrestling promotion gets to showcase such a star but now it seems one such plan for a star will not be happening.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: They’re In: Two New Matches Officially Confirmed For AEW Revolution
This week on Monday Night Raw, WWE announced a Last Chance battle royal for next week’s show, with the winner earning the last spot in the women’s Elimination Chamber. According to PWInsider.com by way of Wrestlingnews.co, Jade Cargill was expected to enter and win the match, but those plans have since been changed. Cargill is expected to appear on this week’s SmackDown, though there is no word on when she will return to the ring. It is not clear why WWE made the change.
This could be big. Check out who will be in the Elimination Chamber:
Opinion: It makes sense to not put Cargill in a match like this, as it might be a stretch to send her into the Elimination Chamber at this point in her career. If nothing else, unless she is going on to WrestleMania in the title match, she would have to take a pinfall beforehand and that is not the best idea. Cargill is going to be a star and giving her a bad loss is not the right way to go so soon into her WWE career.
What do you think of Cargill? What do you expect her to do at WrestleMania? Let us know in the comments below.
