The expansion continues. WWE has grown in incredible ways over the last few years, including taking its events to other major markets. Last year saw multiple international locations getting special events and WWE has more plans to keep such shows going in the future. Now we have a better idea of what we are going to be seeing from such international events this year.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WRESTLING RUMORS: Update On Aleister Black In AEW, What Might Have Led To The Issues

During an interview with 8 News Now (Las Vegas), WWE President Nick Khan announced that WWE will be holding Premium Live Events in Paris, France and Germany at some point this year. Khan did not give any details about when the shows will take place or what they will be called. WWE presented Backlash in Lyon, France and Bash In Berlin in Berlin, Germany in 2024.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that WWE is doing rather frequently and it makes all the sense in the world. If nothing else, it leaves fans in America a bit more hungry as they are not getting the same shows over and over. At the same time, WWE gets some red hot fans in international markets, because they do not get to have those shows nearly as often. It’s a smart move and hopefully we are getting to see it get even better than it was last time.
