That would be a big one. Every now and then you see WWE do something that makes your eyebrows go up. This might not happen too often, but you certainly know it when you see it. The problem tends to be their lack of following up on the stories and letting them go cold. That was the case late last year, but we might be in for a revival of the whole thing one day in the future.

Last December, Liv Morgan returned from a hiatus to interrupt the wedding of Lana and Bobby Lashley. Morgan revealed that she and Lana had a romantic relationship and attacked Lana for breaking her heart. The story was mostly dropped soon after, with only one match between the two of them, though Lana has referenced the relationship since then. It turns out she might be referencing it again one day.

In a recent interview with SportsKeeda, Lana discussed the story with Morgan, saying that she was told it would be revisited one day. Lana said that she felt it was a story which could be brought up again at any day and that she was looking forward to picking it up again. She also said that she and Morgan were close friends and have been close over the years due to a bond over a love of wrestling. There is no word on WWE revisiting the storyline at the moment, as the women are currently on different shows.

It was certainly something that got people talking. Check out what happened between the two:

Opinion: The story was certainly different and something that was dropped in a hurry for no apparent reason, so revisiting it again could be interesting. That being said, WWE does not have the best track record when it comes to bring a story back after so long. It has been about a year since the story first started and it wasn’t like it went anywhere long term anyway. It’s a possibility, but I would be surprised if WWE goes there again.

What do you think of the idea? Will WWE go back to the story? Let us know in the comments below.
