WWE May Have Already Reversed A Draft Move

Where are you again? Earlier this month, WWE presented its annual Draft over the course of two nights. It was another huge event which changed a lot about the way the company’s rosters looked, which will have an impact on how everything looks going forward. In theory that sets the rosters up for the next year, but it turns out that some changes don’t even last a month.

Hell In A Cell took place on Sunday night and featured a good number of changes, including Otis losing the Money in the Bank briefcase to the Miz. The loss came after Otis’ partner Tucker turned on his friend over jealousy due to Otis receiving all of the attention. This would seem to set up a feud between the two of them but the two of them were drafted to opposite shows. Then something funny might have happened.

Tucker is currently listed as a SmackDown wrestler on his official WWE.com profile. It is not clear if he was moved back to SmackDown after the Draft or if his profile was never changed in the first place. Tucker did appear on SmackDown last week as part of the Law & Otis courtroom segment. He also appeared in Otis’ corner during Hell In A Cell, but pay per views are dual branded.

Opinion: Sure why not. I’m going to give WWE the benefit of the doubt and assume that they are just being slow about changing the logos. That being said, would you put it past WWE to set up something like Tucker moving over to Monday Night Raw and then changing their mind literally weeks later? I don’t need to see Otis vs. Tucker, but at least it’s a logical feud at this point.
