Bigger is better. To say WWE likes to expand internationally is an understatement. The company runs shows around the world in many different countries with a little bit of a different style everywhere. Now, Saudi Arabia is in line for one of the biggest matches ever, which has never been done before.

WWE is pretty new to Saudi Arabia.

First-ever WWE Live Event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

According to PWInsider.com, WWE will be holding the first ever fifty man Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia on April 27. The event will be held in the 62,000 seat King Abdullah Sports City near Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is the first Royal Rumble to be held outside of North America since 1994 and will feature several top names. There is no word on if the event will air on the WWE Network in any format. This is the latest major WWE show in a major stadium, coming after the announcement of a major Australian show.

Opinion: Sure, why not. It’s not like this is going to mean anything for the main storylines so let them do something cool for a new audience. It lets you get so many stars in front of new eyes and that’s the right idea. Let the people see all these new things and hopefully make them want to see more.

Big battle royals can be a lot of fun.
