WWE Has Major Plans For John Cena At Elimination Chamber

They have an idea. We are still in the early part of the year and that means WWE is officially on the Road To WrestleMania. We are just over two months away from the biggest wrestling show of the year and WWE is already starting to put together some of the plans. With one of the biggest events on the way there out of the way, we now have a better idea of what WWE has in mind for its next event.

Following being the last man eliminated from the Men’s Royal Rumble, John Cena announced that he will be entering the Elimination Chamber in March. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the plan as of October was for Cena to win the match, with the long term plan being for Cena to challenge for the World Title at WrestleMania 41 in an effort to reach his 17th reign.

Opinion: This is something that makes sense and it would not surprise me to see Cena chasing the win all the way to the end of the year. This is Cena’s retirement tour and he is in the running to break more than a few all time records. That is what we very well may be seeing him do soon and it could be a big story, especially with WrestleMania 41 so soon on the horizon.
