Again? WWE Hall Of Fame Teases Coming Out Of Retirement

One more time? Retirement is a difficult concept for a lot of wrestlers as they can have trouble walking away for good. While several wrestlers will says they are done for good, they often have the chance to come back for one more match. That can make for some interesting circumstances as you get to see someone make a surprise return. Now a WWE legend is teasing the possibility.

WWE Hall Of Famer Kane was interviewed by PWMania.com and was asked about a potential return to the ring. Kane, 55 years old, said that he will “always leave the door open”. While he does not know that a return to the ring will happen, Kane said that he will always enjoy wrestling and wants to be involved in it for the rest of his life. Kane is currently the Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee and last wrestled in the 2021 Royal Rumble.

Opinion: I was always a Kane fan and while it would be cool to see him return to the ring, even as a one off, it would need to be under the right circumstances. Having Kane show up as part of the Royal Rumble or for a one off short match would work rather well, if nothing else for having a nice surprise. Then again, it isn’t like he has anything left to prove in his career so leaving it alone would be understandable as well.
