Rule Britania? There’s no secret to the fact that Wrestlemania is the biggest show of the wrestling year. Every edition of the show is a major event with 70,000+ people attending nearly every year in recent memory. This means cities are going to compete for the right to host the show and this time a major international one seems to want a shot.

According to the “Independent”, WWE released a survey earlier this week asking which cities fans would like to see host Wrestlemania. London was listed as a possibility, including New York City, Toronto and a few others. Wrestlemania has only been held in America and Canada, with Toronto hosting “Wrestlemania VI” and “Wrestlemania XVIII”.

Opinion: I could go for Wrestlemania in London and the fact that I have family in England has no bearing on this. Other than some European only shows, they haven’t had a major pay per view there since 1992 and it’s not like they couldn’t pull something like that off again. It would be a cool moment and feel special, rather than running the same cities every five years or so.
